Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
- After Reservation: Should you need to cancel your booking after making a reservation, please note that a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total price will be charged.
- Up to 7 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made until 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will also incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation price.
- Within 7 Days of Arrival: For cancellations within the 7 days leading up to your arrival, please be aware that a 100% prepayment of the total reservation price will be charged. This means that no refund will be available in this period.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds for Cancellations: Refunds, where applicable based on the above conditions, will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Modifications: We understand that plans can change, and we will accommodate date changes based on availability. Any price difference due to season or rate changes will be communicated and applied accordingly.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Special Circumstances:
- In exceptional cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may be able to offer more flexible cancellation terms. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage guests to contact us directly as soon as possible.
